  • Remote workers take longer breaks of an average of 22 minutes every day, vs. the 18 minutes average for in-office workers. But, remote workers work for an additional 10 minutes every day.
  • Excluding lunch and breaks, office workers are unproductive for an average of 37 minutes every day. On the other hand, remote workers are unproductive for only about 27 minutes on average. 
  • 22% of office-based workers said their boss distracts them from their work, while, on the other hand, only 15% of the remote workers said the same thing.
