The Information We Collect
Turn-To does not collect any of the Candidates’ personal information, including but not limited to their name, gender, age, address, email, and phone number. When Employers create an account on Turn-To, we store the provided information on our servers. The collected information is only intended for use by Employers to fill out their Job Postings.
How Do We Collect Employer Information?
We do not collect Employers’ information in the background. When the Employer signs up, they willingly submit the required information to complete the process.
Do We Use the Stored Employer Information?
Turn-To does not use the information stored during Employer account creation in any way. The sole purpose of storing this information is to let Employers fill out Job Postings in a streamlined way.
How Long Do We Keep the Employer Information?
We keep the Employer’s information as long as the respective account is live on Turn-To. The User can contact us at any point in time and ask us to delete the information. Upon such a query, we will delete the user information promptly without keeping any traces.
Where Do We Store the Information?
The account information provided by Employers is stored in secure, dedicated servers.
Sharing Information With Third Parties
Turn-To does not share the stored Employer information with any third party.
Job Seekers can turn on their location access to find nearby jobs. The location data collected during this process is never stored or utilized by us.
Turn-To contains links to external websites. When a Candidate clicks on “Learn More” in a Job Posting, they’re immediately taken to the original Job Listing on the Employer’s website. Furthermore, Turn-To contains external links to VideoAsk and other partners.
For Children Under 13
Turn-To is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. If you’re under 13, you’re thereby prohibited from accessing Turn-To’s website or mobile application.
We pride ourselves in not collecting any information from our users, and only storing the pieces of data that are willingly provided by Employers during account creation. We take great measures to maintain and protect the stored information.
