How do I sign up for an account?

Creating a candidate or employer account at Turn-To is as easy as it could get. Go to the Login/Register page, fill in the essential credentials and you’re good to go. Please note that after creating an account, you should enter as much information about yourself as you can. Profiles with more details are more likely to get noticed.

Can I change my username after the account has been created?

No. Your username is your unique identity at Turn-To. It can’t be changed after it has been created. However, you can still change your full name that’s displayed on your profile by heading to your profile settings.

Can I change the phone number and email associated with my account?

Yes. You can change your account’s associated phone number and email at any time by visiting the My Profile page in your dashboard.

Can my profile get rejected by the Turn-To team?

It’s crucial to provide correct information about yourself. If a profile gets reported for containing wrong information, it can potentially be deleted after verification by the team.

Can I create multiple profiles for myself?

No. Creating multiple profiles for the same person is prohibited. Duplicate profiles will be deleted if spotted at any point in time.

I’m an employer. Can I create new profiles for every company I hire for?

You don’t need to create separate profiles for each of the company you want to hire for. While posting a job, you’d have the option to post on the behalf of any company you own or work for.

How can I delete my account?

If you want to delete your account, get in touch with our support representatives here, and they’ll make sure to help you out. As of now, you can’t delete your account without contacting the Turn-To team.

My account was removed by the Turn-To team. What do I do?

If your profile was removed for violating the terms of use, you can get in touch with our support team to help you out.
