The Lia Insurance Agency is searching for a motivated and experienced insurance professional. This is a unique opportunity to lead a young agency into the next stage of its growth and development. The agency was initially developed as a support arm to its sister company, the Lia Auto Group, to provide personal lines insurance services to the hundreds of thousands of customers the Lia Auto Group serves as well as over a thousand employees at their 22 locations through out New York, Massachusetts, and Connecticut. Since then, it has grown to be a full service stand alone agency with a location at Hamilton Square in Guilderland. With deep roots in the community, the opportunity for Lia to expand into Commercial lines and Benefits, is only natural. Requirements needed 4 year college degree. Outstanding references from business leaders and insurance companies. Must be ethical, moral, and extremely hard working and disciplined. Highly successful commercial sales background. Management experience is a plus. Ten or more years of experience of Commercial Insurance in an Executive or Lead Broker role.
