The Legal Specialist will be part of the Legal Department. The main responsibilities will include review and update the contracts of civil law, national and international law. Main activities Contract drafting and contract revision with specific reference to supplies services, franchises, leases, sponsorships, software licenses Support in compliance procedures Providing legal advice to all company functions Requirements Master’s Degree in Law 7/8 years of experience in a legal department Knowledge of Common Law and Civil Law Fluent English Highly organized, flexible with the ability to work in team Office based in Milan
