We have behavioral health facilities and services located in Kirkland, Everett, and Monroe Washington. Offering both inpatient and intensive step-down programs such as Partial Hospitalization (day treatment) and Intensive Outpatient Programming (part-time/evenings), Fairfax provides a wide range of services to the greater Seattle area.
SatoriWest and Fairfax Behavioral Health are partnering together to bring a new treatment experience to patients admitted to an inpatient and intensive step-down hospital setting. We are seeking a Clinical Trainer to assist in the implementation of the SatoriWest Method©– to include the programs and curricula within the inpatient hospital setting at Fairfax Behavioral Health, as well as potentially assisting with starting the membership-based LifeClubs for SatoriWest Centers of Advanced Living and Wellness, Inc. on an ongoing basis. In this exciting opportunity, the Clinical Trainer position would support the Clinical Director for SatoriWest and the founder—assisting with a rollout of the SatoriWest Method© into the Fairfax Behavioral Health system.
Preferred Doctorate in psychology from an accredited college or university
Accepted Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy
Current WA State psychologist license or licensure candidate with completed hours, or
Current Washington State license in one of the following fields: Social Work (LICSW), Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
Direct experience with group therapies, group facilitation, and public speaking
Employee is required to obtain CPR, First Aid, Handle with Care, and Verbal De-Escalation certifications within 30 days of hire.
