We are currently seeking a full time Director of Social Work and Inpatient Services. The Director of Social Work & Inpatient Clinical Services is a liaison to department directors and administration to ensure coordinated and efficient operations of services and departments. The Director of Social Work and Inpatient Clinical Services is responsible for planning, establishing, and directing the overall policies and practices for Social Work and related counseling services in the hospital’s inpatient programs. The position serves as the hospital’s Chief Social Worker for practice and administrative leadership matters; oversee, coordinate, and work to assure compliance with Social Work standards of practice for all hospital social workers, including coordination of care and after care planning. Provides similar oversight and direction to hospital based masters prepared Primary Therapists.

LSW or LCSW, graduate of an accredited graduate program of Social Work, licensure required. Minimum of three (3) years of demonstrated and progressive social work and clinical management experience with child/adolescent psychiatric ASD/mental health population, preferably in a senior supervisory role in a psychiatric inpatient and residential setting
