The Business Strategy and Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.
In this role, you will lead the global strategy, design, planning, and daily operations of the Scaled Sales programs to drive sustainable impact for our advertisers. You will perform analyses and develop insights that drive strategic decisions for the operation and design of sales programs, while working closely with Program Managers, Sales, and cross-functional partners. Combining your thought leadership and insights from your analysis, you will act as a trusted advisor for leaders across the organization.
