The Manufacturing Engineer conducts multidisciplinary research and collaborates with Manufacturing and Process Engineers, Tool Designers, Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Programmers, and Machinists in the design, development, and utilization of Additive Manufacturing Machines, Subtractive Manufacturing Machines, and Vacuum Brazing Technologies. He/she will be challenged to work with Design Engineering to enable more producible designs coming to these machining centers, as well as Inspection validating that output meets the drawing and specification requirements for the product life cycle. The chosen candidate must be able to work individually as well as collaborate, share, and engage in teamwork with a diverse group of other individuals. This person must also be able to work tactically and be aware of the future strategy.
The chosen candidate must have the ability to train, mentor, and/or develop less experienced engineers; solid communication skills; and strong leadership, collaboration, interpersonal, and team-building skills.
