The Retention Department is a unique blend of service and sales where our main goal is to better the lives of our customers, by building long-term relationships.
In this role, you will field inbound calls from existing customers with the objective of conducting policy reviews and other customer retention activities. You will effectively resolve customer issues, address customer concerns, proactively communicate appreciation for the customer relationship, while cross-selling additional products.
We provide paid training in a virtual classroom setting, with mentoring and support to ensure that you have the skills you need to succeed at Farmers. Ongoing coaching and training will remain a focus throughout your career to help you grow in your role and advance to new opportunities.

VIRTUAL, based in Charlotte, North Carolina and Freeport, IL.
Selected candidates will work remotely but must reside within a reasonable driving distance (less than 50 miles) to those cities.
Must be available to work within hours of operation: Monday-Friday 9:00am-7:00pm EST.
Full-time, 40 hours/week; five 8-hour shifts per week
