What You’ll Get to Do:
As a Microsoft Dynamics Analyst, you will support a federal customer to perform business process analysis for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. You will utilize CRM software and reporting tools to aggregate, analyze and evaluate system data for a Stakeholder Relationship Management (SRM) system. You will provide operational support for stakeholder engagement strategy to include account administration, performance reports and process documentation. The primary work location of this position is at the National Harbor in MD, with regular customer meetings in Arlington, VA.

o Evaluate data from a CRM database used to manage stakeholder engagement data and related sources.
o Develop reports and analyze findings to identify data trends and recommend quality improvements.
o Identify correlation between different types of data and provide insight to stakeholders to support decision making.
o Responsible for the maintenance and management of customer data to ensure data integrity.
o Oversee account creation, troubleshooting and administrative tasks.
o Support the identification and development of data management standards.
o Manage software licenses.
o Communicate effectively with a wide variety of technical and non-technical audiences.
