Responsible for properly staffing stores with high quality applicants while supporting the company’s commitment to a diverse workforce, and at the same time meeting the needs of the business. Conduct New Hire Orientation and communicate all pertinent information with store teams. Assist stores in maintaining associate records and training. Must be able to build collaborative relationships with store management teams, to assist in the on-boarding, training, and ultimately the long-term retention of our associates.
