You are both a manager and a mentor, providing financial leadership and analytical support to partners of the core Finance team as well as giving your own team the support they need to become financial experts. You’ll keep management informed on key financial metrics and work to improve financial operation practices throughout your region.
Marketing Finance is dedicated to driving economic value through thought leadership, partnership, and collaboration. In this role, you will provide full finance support to Marketing business partners and leadership of analytical projects. You will work in close partnership with colleagues across Marketing, Sales, and Corporate Finance and consult on planning, reporting, and decision support for the wide range of activities.
In this role, you will serve as the finance lead for many essential costs and budgets for Google’s Platforms and Ecosystems (P&E) organization. You will deep dive into P&E marketing spend and drive efforts to improve cost efficiency. You’ll have the opportunity to identify best practices and find ways to scale them as well as manage a talented team of analysts. You’ll have the opportunity to influence key stakeholders, influence decision-making on investment strategies for products, identify key market drivers for business generation and business profitability, and assist in resource allocation.
