The NextGen Sourcing team works to identify the next generation of talent at Google. Our candidates range from interns to PhD’s, with roles including Hardware and Software Engineering, Data Science, a variety of rotational developmental programs and more.
We’re focused on promoting Google as an exceptional place to work for technical talent, building a robust and diverse pipeline of outstanding candidates, collaborating cross-functionally and globally to build and refine innovative partnerships and outreach strategies.
We build targeted sourcing strategies to identify talent and ensure excellence in candidate experience, work with Engineers and People Operations partner teams to build efficiency in our programs and processes, and have an eye on Google’s short and long term growth needs and the pulse of the broader hiring landscape.
