The Correctional Health Supervisor is responsible for seeing referred and assigned clients within Correctional Health Systems and maintaining oversite with members involved in corrective community systems. The Correctional Health Supervisor will report directly to the Community Programs and Integration Manager. Works closely with assigned Clinic Managers, and Regional Operations Director to assist with appropriate coordination of Correctional Health and/or Department of Child Safety relations. Maintains accurate documentation for assigned clients and provides substance abuse rehabilitation, support, and education services to assigned patients in compliance with Community Medical Services policies and procedures. Works in conjunction with Director of Community Programs and Clinic Manager/s to support programs, clients, staff, and treatment related to criminal justice populations to include county corrections, the state department of corrections, and drug court.
