The Capital Markets/Structured Finance Associate will play a central role in structuring and executing new financing transactions for Tesla’s automotive and energy businesses. The right candidate will be well organized and able to effectively manage the demands of a fast-paced transaction closing process. They should be able to lead multiple deal workstreams including modeling, due diligence, and investor relations. The Associate will be a good communicator who can effectively interface with senior leadership, banking partners, investors, and service providers. Finally, a successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, demonstrated aptitude for being a team player, and have a strong dose of common sense, practicality, and adaptability.
