What You’ll Get to Do:
Working with CACI to assist the mission of the US Department of Justice, Division’s Citizen’s Complaint Portal (CCP)

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
•At least one year of experience on major government support projects. Broad experience in a variety of areas (e.g. training, directing the work of, resolving issues/problems and coaching and counseling team members to ensure a quality operation of a government office).
•Resolve customer issues, complaints, problems in a quick, efficient manner to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality service..) – is preferable to limited experience in one area only.
•Demonstrated ability to work independently in a team environment.
•Excellent writing skills and oral communication skills.
•Requires hands-on familiarity with the Government’s office and network environment, including but not limited to, data processing environments, including office automation networks, PC-based databases and other applications, internet and server-based databases and other applications, timekeeping, Travel Expenses, or other invoice-related portals, etc.
•Should be a knowledgeable user of the Government’s office and network environment, including but not limited to, word processing, spreadsheet, imaging, and hardware systems.
•Undergraduate degree. Substantial significant years of experience on major government support projects may in some cases be substituted for degree requirement.
•Must be eligible for a U.S. security clearance.
