Office supplies

Kitchen Supplies

Employee Services

Better communication to employees on process/procedures

New hire set up (name tag, drawer key, badge, etc.)

Exit procedure (collect the badge, keys, etc.)

Workplace Operation

Environmental Health & safety regulations and concerns and improvements

Assist organization/priority list

Oversee porter svc on behalf of general affair

Building Security Management

Oversee security guard svc on behalf of general affair

Access badge management for employee/contractor/visitor
