About the Job
We are looking for a Program Administrator at our Hourglass Community Crisis Center in Eugene, Oregon. The Program Administrator will oversee, develop and maintain Hourglass CCC program structure and guidelines while providing overall leadership. They must also demonstrate competence in leadership, program planning and budgeting, fiscal management, supervision of program staff and personnel management, program management, program staff performance assessment, use of date, reporting, program evaluation, quality assurance, and developing and coordinating community resources. The Program Administrator will remain accessible by telephone for emergency purposes and provide responsible support, documentation and follow-up in a timely manner. This position will also perform certain mental health functions (such as consultation and direct crisis clinical services) or delegate these functions to appropriately qualified staff on a regular basis.
Work Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (Full Time, Day). This position requires availability for shift coverage based on the program’s staffing needs.
What You’ll Make
$6,000 – $7,000 per month DOE/Credentials.
Additional 5% Language Differential offered for Bilingual or Multilingual candidates (Spanish/English desired).
About the Program
Hourglass Community Crisis Center is a program designed to provide 24/7 support to individuals who suffer from mental illness. This Crisis Center will be available 24/7 to accept individuals referred by law enforcement, community providers and individuals themselves for mental health crisis assessment, stabilization, and active linkages to community providers for same-day or next-day follow-up support services.
ColumbiaCare Services is a qualifying employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Program. QMHA employees are also eligible to apply for the Oregon Behavioral Health Loan Repayment Program.
What You’ll Need
Must be eligible for Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA) registration. Eligibility requires 1 out of 3 Criteria below:
TWO (2) years of supervisory experience is required
If not already registered as a QMHA through the Mental Health & Addiction Certification Board of Oregon (MHACBO), we will assist you in registering within 30 days of hire, (QMHP is preferred).
Driving is an essential function of this position. Successful applicants MUST have a valid Oregon driver’s license, maintain a safe driving record, and the ability to pass a DHS criminal background check.
Physical Requirements: This position requires the ability to frequently sit, talk, listen, and use hands and fingers. It may require the ability to occasionally walk, climb stairs and ladders, bend, stoop, squat/kneel, and perform other physical tasks as applicable; as well as lift, carry, push, and pull up to 30 pounds. Reasonable accommodations can be made.
