ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Analyze, Design, Program, Test & Implement projects and system enhancements

Interface with clients and vendors

Create and present solutions to clients

Work closely with clients and programmers on projects

Create project documentation

Maintain and sup ort existing operational systems and activities

On-call for system

Perform queries for clients

Upload data for clients when needed

Research and Answer clients and vendor questions about the system

Miscellaneous duties

Mentor employees with less project experience

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Leads other programmers when collaborating on programs/projects.

Partners with users in making business decisions that affect their systems.

Makes system design decisions.

Provides on-call system support; maintains system availability to ensure business-level objectives are met.

Assumes responsibility for all day-to-day and project level decisions that affect their systems
